Stinky Pinky Strain x Cotton Candy
This wonderful hybrid that—skews more Indica—is known as “Stinky Pinky” started as a clone only variety that was circulated throughout the mid-late 90’s until it eventually fell into the hands of TH Seed’s and the British Columbia Seed Company. The original genetics of this pink pistoled Indica dominant hybrid are unknown but what we do know is that she is a fairly short and squat plant that grows most of her weight in the main cola with only minor budding on the side branches. She’s perfect for close proximity cultivating like the Sea of Green method and she’s a great production plant that finishes in only 8-9 weeks indoors and by the end of September to the beginning of October outdoors. Her bright green buds with her highlighted pinkish hairs provide a very sweet flavor and aroma that is more smooth than pungent or aromatic. The “Stinky Pinky strain” has a classic Indica sedative effect that eases any aches and pains while also helping you to get something good to eat and a decent nights sleep.
Cotton Candy Strain
Also known as Cotton Candy Kush, this strain is an indica-dominant hybrid, though the exact ratio of sativa to indica isn’t widely known. Cotton Candy is a complex mix of Power Plant from South Africa and Lavender from Amsterdam, itself a blend of Skunk strains and an Afghani Hawaiian. THC levels are relatively high, topping 22% in some samples, while CBD is much less prominent, which makes up less than 1% of this strain. The lack of any meaningful amount of CBD makes Cotton Candy not a good candidate for the sole treatment of medical conditions such as seizure disorders. Expect a calming body high from this strain, along with cerebral effects, euphoria, and a boost of happiness. It’s a good choice for patients who suffer from anxiety, migraines and other headaches, chronic pain, and everyday stress. Not surprisingly, the smell and flavor are reminiscent of cotton candy, with sweet, fruity notes and hints of other kinds of candy. Cotton Candy produces the usual side effects: dry mouth and dry eyes, as well as paranoia and dizziness. It sells best on the West Coast (and British Columbia), in Arizona, as well as in Colorado.
